{"id":4816,"date":"2019-11-08T12:10:50","date_gmt":"2019-11-08T17:10:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experimentalstudio.ca\/outdoorschool\/?p=4816"},"modified":"2019-11-08T12:11:09","modified_gmt":"2019-11-08T17:11:09","slug":"how-to-make-easy-bruschetta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/experimentalstudio.ca\/outdoorschool\/2019\/11\/08\/how-to-make-easy-bruschetta\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Make Easy Bruschetta!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll need<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>5 ripe tomatoes <\/li><li>2 cloves of garlic <\/li><li>8 largish leaves of basil <\/li><li>1 medium shallot <\/li><li>3 tbsp olive oil (more flavourful the better) <\/li><li>salt and pepper<\/li><li>1 french bread\/baguette of some sort<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to make:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>dice up all of your tomatoes, shallot and mince the garlic. Add all three to a bowl<\/li><li>an optional step is to squeeze out some of the insides from the tomatoes to make for less &#8220;sauce&#8221; at the bottom of the bowl. <\/li><li>add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.<\/li><li>shred up or rip the basil into small strips and add right before serving.<\/li><li>Serve fresh on top of bread or as &#8220;serve yourself&#8221; style. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the bread:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>for the bread, I like to slice it up into 1\/2 inch rounds. Pop a tbsp of olive oil into the pan and place the rounds in on medium heat.
