Historically, Astronomy (the scientific study of the universe) and Astrology (how the universe affects people i.e. horoscopes)\u00a0were studied academically as the same practice but have since been\u00a0disconnected.<\/p>\n<p>This piece explores the relationship between the two fields. The voices\u00a0seem\u00a0to have a conversation as they\u00a0dispute and reconcile their beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>The audio piece was created as a limited edition CD<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-1797 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/guelphoutdoorschool.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/12\/dsc0074.jpg?resize=5585%2C3811\" alt=\"_DSC0074\" width=\"5585\" height=\"3811\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The back cover outlines instructions on how to listen to the piece<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align:center\">&#8220;Play this CD on an audio system with separate left and right speakers if possible. Place speakers on different sides of the room. Eliminate all light sources in order to listen in complete darkness. Lie down facing up in a stargazing position.
