  1. Hi Alexa, This is such a strange and affecting work. I’m glad you are using such unlikely images and references (chicken?!) to talk about love and loss and relationships. There are aspects that are obviously personal and specific, but the abstract elements help to make it more identifiable, or at least curious and engaging to a wider audience. You have a special sensibility – I hope you will show this at JAS and elsewhere, and continue to work with video, your own writing, and sound. Bravo!
